Beautifully located 4 bedroom French farmhouse with business opportunity
Lovely renovated four bedroom house on 6,300 sq.m plot for sale in France. Located in the stunning Lot countryside close to St Cere and the Dordogne Valley with income opportunity. Currently running as a successful bed and breakfast business.
One of our bed and breakfast guests described this part of the Lot department (46) as a "small piece of paradise" and we wouldn't disagree! However with an eye on retirement its time for us to sell up and move on, hoping someone else will spend as many happy years here as we have. The property will make someone a lovely family home and/or you could continue the successful bed and breakfast business currently number 1 on Tripadvisor for this area.

Facing south and with its elevated position and open aspect the property benefits from the sun throughout the year. The village centre is only about 200 metres away but the house has no immediate neighbouring properties. The beautiful unobstructed views across the hills change with the seasons.
The property was originally a farmhouse for several generations until around the 1980s when it was converted by the then owners to a family holiday home and for rental. We have modernised and changed the layout to what it is today.
